Hello, I'm Jayceson, and D.E. Plasterers is my business. I started plastering aged 16 and have over 20 years' experience. I've been running my own business for a number of years.
I've handled the full range of plastering and rendering jobs over the years, covering large and small contracts, for both private householders and commercial contractors. I've done everything from small re-skimming or rendering jobs to sensitive heritage work on listed buildings using lime-based plaster and render.
I take pride in my work and aim to create a great result even under difficult conditions. My customers are generally delighted with the results I produce, and frequently ask me back to do further work once I've finished the initial job.
I don't charge for a visit to give an estimate (though I may ask for reimbursement of travel costs when driving far from base). Once I've given an estimate, I aim to stick to that unless the job ends up varying significantly from what I estimated for, or there are unexpected complications. Once a quote is accepted, I will ask for an amount up-front (generally round 30% of total job cost) to cover materials, travel and other expenses, the remainder to be paid immediately on completion.
for several years.
